How it works
First, an IICRC certified technician vacuums the upholstery thoroughly then applies a non-toxic preconditioner solution onto the surfaces (i.e., cushions or pillows). The technician then uses a steam cleaning machine that directly applies hot steam into the fabric in order to neutralize odor and expose more debris. The hot steam is sprayed through a thinner wand and also acts as a vacuum that simultaneously removes the dampened debris. Finally, we let the upholstery dry completely leaving it completely clean!
Upholstery Dry Cleaning
We offer an alternative, dry technique when cleaning upholstery as well. An IICRC technician uses a specialized cleaning/sanitizing system designed specifically for upholstery to vacuum and kills dust mites. This machine emits UV-C light and simultaneously uses a deep-suction vacuum. It is equipped with a rotating brush that is capable of exposing dust mites as deep as six inches beneath the surface. The UV-C germicidal light will eliminate all remaining bacteria, dust mites, viruses, fungal spores, and any other unwanted pests living rent-free in your upholstery. Finally, we spray a non-toxic protectant to fight future stains and odors.

We use portable hot-water extraction machines for the "steam-cleaning." After preconditioning, hot water diluted with deodorizer is pushed into your carpet and simultaneously pumping it out with a vacuum.
